3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification with:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, phone number, and email address
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Plofolia will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright under appropriate circumstances.
