Donations made to support Plofolia's operations are generally non-refundable. Exceptions include:
- Duplicate charges due to a technical error

- Incorrect amounts charged due to a payment error

3. Payments to Creators
The following policy applies to payments made for creator content:
- Once a digital item has been downloaded, refunds are generally not available
