2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to view or post NSFW content.
• You must provide accurate information, including your date of birth.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — results in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities
• Content that infringes third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Harassment, threats, or discriminatory content
• Spam, phishing, or malware
• Impersonation or deliberate misinformation
• Unauthorized access to Service systems

5. Content License

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Plotia a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content solely for operating the Service.

6. NSFW Content

Users 18+ may post and view adult content within the bounds of applicable law. Content depicting real persons requires their consent. Unconsented content will be removed immediately.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or third-party content.

8. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes within the Service and by email for significant updates.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
